The Department of Geography and Environmental Studies at CSUSB is located in one of the most ecologically and culturally diverse areas in the world. We are situated at the foothills of the San Bernardino mountains. We are close to beaches, deserts, and mountain resorts, as well as major urban areas like Los Angeles and San Diego/Tijuana. In this setting we train our students to become productive members and serve the needs of our diverse community.
