New Internship Opportunities
- Sperry Van Ness | Mimi Song Realty Group
Our company is a commercial real estate company that would be interested in hiring a GIS intern, or entry-level position. I am sending this email because I saw that you are in the Geography Dept. at UCSB. If you have a student that could work 20 hours per week, or a recent grad that would be interested in a full time position, we would be very interested to talk to them. The candidate might also be someone that didn’t finish their studies, but is familiar with ArcGIS.
We have an office in Ontario, so it would be great if the student/candidate was local.
Our GIS needs are very simple. We use ArcGIS to create maps for purposes of marketing and analysis of the commercial real estate and land market. We also have an emerging alternative energy practice, so the position would have the opportunity to get in on the growing solar land market.
Thanks for your consideration in this matter and please feel free to have anybody that might be interested shoot me an email or call. Thanks.
